orthology rare.|ɔːˈθɒlədʒɪ| [ad. Gr. ὀρθολογία correctness of language, f. *ὀρθολόγος speaking correctly, f. ὀρθό-ς + -λόγος speaking. So mod.F. orthologie.] Correct speaking; that part of grammar which deals with the correct use of words.
