originality|ɒrɪdʒɪˈnælɪtɪ| [ad. F. originalité (1699 in Hatz.-Darm.), f. original: see -ity.] The quality or fact of being original. 1. The fact or attribute of being primary or first-hand; authenticity, genuineness.
