orguinette|ɔːgɪˈnɛt| [f. F. orgue, or OF. orguine, var. of organe organ (in sense ‘lyre’ (Godef.) + -ette.] A mechanical musical instrument, consisting of a set of reeds and a bellows, the wind from which is admitted to the reeds through holes in a strip of paper which is moved along by turning a crank.
