Orcagnesque, a.|ɔːkəˈɲɛsk| [f. the nickname Orcagna Archangel, of Andrea di Cione (active c 1308–c 1368): see -esque.] Resembling in subject-matter, style, or quality the work or manner of Andrea di Cione, Florentine painter, sculptor, and architect.
