ooh-la-la, int.|ˈuːlɑːlɑː| Also oo-la-la, oolala, etc. [ad. F. ô là! là!] An exclamation of surprise, appreciation, etc. Hence as n., (a) the interjection ‘ooh-la-la’; (b) slang, the ‘naughtiness’ popularly associated with the French; ‘spiciness’; (c) an attractive or provocative girl. Also attrib. or as adj., and as v. intr.
