myroxocarpin Chem.|maɪˌrɒksəʊˈkɑːpɪn| [f. mod.L. Myrox(ylon) + carpin.] A crystallizable substance obtained from white Peru balsam, Myroxylon (now Myrospermum) peruiferum. So myroˈxylic a., myˈroxyline (see quots.).
