multigravida Obstetrics.|mʌltɪˈgrævɪdə| Pl. -idas, -idæ. [f. multi- after primigravida.] A pregnant woman who has had at least one previous pregnancy (or at least two) (formerly less specific: see quots. 1890, 1900).
