A name given to several plants: a. petty mugget (mugwet), maid's hair, or yellow bedstraw, Galium verum. b. golden mugget, crosswort, Galium Cruciata. c. Woodruff, Asperula odorata. d. The lily of the valley, Convallaria majalis, e. The guelder rose, Viburnum Opulus.
