‖ antiscii, n. pl.|ænˈtɪsɪaɪ, -ˈɪʃɪaɪ| [L. (in Amm. Marc.), a. late Gr. *ἀντίσκιοι, f. ἀντί opposite + σκιά shadow.] Those who live on the same meridian, but on the opposite side of the equator, so that their shadows at noon fall in opposite directions.
