‖ molimen Phys. and Path.|məʊˈlaɪmɛn| Pl. molimina |məʊˈlɪmɪnə|. [L. mōlīmen effort, f. mōlīrī to make an effort, undertake, attempt.] An effort by which the system endeavours to perform any natural function, esp. menstrual molimen, the straining to bring about the catamenia.
