† ˈmirach Obs. Forms: 5–6 mirac, 6 myrac, myracke, 6–7 mirach(e, 7 myrach(e. [med.L., a. Arab. marāqq pl., ‘the thin or tender parts of the belly’ (Lane), f. root raqqa to be thin or weak.] A name for the abdomen.
