Meltonian, a. and n.|mɛlˈtəʊnɪən| [f. Melton (see prec.) + -ian.] a. adj. Pertaining to Melton Mowbray. Meltonian cream, the name of a polish for boot-tops. b. n. One who hunts at Melton Mowbray, an adept at hunting.
