mediævalist, medievalist|mɛdɪ-, miːdɪˈiːvəlɪst| [f. mediæval + -ist. Cf. F. médiéviste.] 1. One who studies or is skilled in mediæval history or affairs; one who practises mediævalism in art, religion, etc.
