‖ Meandrina|miːænˈdraɪnə| [mod.L. Mæandrīna, fem. of *mæandrīnus adj.: see next. Cf. F. méandrine.] A genus of corals the surface of which somewhat resembles the convolutions of the human brain; also, a polype of this genus.
