antapex Astr.|æntˈeɪpɛks| Also anti-apex. [f. ant- + apex.] The point on the celestial sphere, situated in the constellation Columba, away from which the sun is moving; the point opposite to the apex of the solar way (cf. solar apex s.v. solar a. 7).
