1. slang (originally in African-American usage). A lover or pimp, esp. one who is itinerant, inconstant, or unreliable.

2. In pl. Trousers of a type which rest on the hips, rather than the waist. Cf. hipster n.2

a. A person who drives a motor vehicle with customized hydraulics which lower the chassis close to the ground, esp. for display, or who participates in the culture associated with this.
b. The vehicle itself, or any vehicle whose riding position is low; also in extended use.
