Libyo- comb. form of Libyan, = Libyan and (something else), as Libyo-Phœnician, Libyphœnician Archæol., a Phœnician living in Libya, a person of mixed Libyan and Phœnician ancestry, or a Libyan vassal or ally of the Phœnicians.
