† latic, a. Obs. rare. In 7 latick. [ad. mod.L. latic-a, a. Arab. laþiqah (Avicenna Qānūn iv. fen 1, treat. ii. p. 23).] A quotidian fever, or phlegmatic fever, in which there are no symptoms of apyrexy or intermission (Mayne Expos. Lex. 1855).
