1823La Belle Assemblée Dec. 269/1 Witzchoura pelisse of gros de Naples,..trimmed with a very broad border of swansdown. 1833Ladies Pocket Mag. i. 38 The witchoura is a very ample mantle, made with a very deep collar, and cape, and long, loose sleeves. 1835Court Mag.
