‖ kyabuka, kiabooca|kaɪəˈbuːkə| Also kia-, kyabooca, -buca. [Malay kayu-buku knot-wood, i.e. kayu tree + buku knot, joint; in Du. spelling kajoe-boekoe.] A Malaysian tree (Pterospermum Indicum) furnishing an ornamental wood, known also as Amboyna wood (q.v.).
