killfile, v. Computing. Brit. |ˈkɪlfʌɪl|, U.S. |ˈkɪlˌfaɪl| [‹ kill file n.] trans. To block (electronic postings or emails) by putting an email address, subject keyword, etc., into a kill file; to block messages from (a person) in such a manner.
