juger|ˈdʒuːdʒə(r)| [ad. L. juger-um. (Formerly used in Lat. form, with pl. jugera.)] An ancient Roman measure of land, containing 28,800 (Roman) square feet, or 240 by 120 (Roman) feet, i.e. about three-fifths of an acre.
