joaquinite Min.|wɑː-, wəʊˈkiːnaɪt, ˈdʒəʊəkwɪnaɪt| [f. Joaquin, the name of a ridge in San Benito County, California: see -ite1.] A honey-yellow to brown silicate of sodium, barium, iron, and titanium that occurs as small, isolated, orthorhombic crystals.
