intermedio-lateral, a. Anat.|ɪntəˌmiːdɪəʊˈlætərəl| Also intermediolateral. [ad. mod.L. intermedio-lateralis, f. mod.L. intermedio-, comb. form of L. intermedius intermediate + L. lateralis lateral.] Both intermediate and lateral: applied spec. to the tract of nerve cells which constitutes the lateral grey column of the spinal cord.
