Imam Bayildi|ɪˈmɑːm ˈbɑːjɪldɪ| Also Imam Baildi. [Turk., lit. = the priest fainted (supposedly from pleasure at, or because of the cost of, the dish).] A dish consisting of aubergines stuffed with an onion-and-tomato mixture and cooked in oil.
