hypnagogic, a.|hɪpnəˈgɒdʒɪk| Also hypnogogic. [ad. F. hypnagogique, f. Gr. ὕπν-ος sleep + ἀγωγός leading, f. ἄγειν to lead.] Properly, Inducing or leading to sleep; in quots. = that accompanies falling asleep.
