urdee, a. Her. Also 7 urde, 9 urdé. [Of obscure origin: possibly due to a misreading and misunderstanding of F. vidée in the phrase croix aiguisée et vidée.] 1. Of a cross: Having the extremities drawn to a sharp point instead of being cut at right angles to the beam; pointed.
