trans. To enfeoff anew; to enfeoff in return (the original feoffor).
1540in Eng. Gilds (1870) 256 Who, soe being seised, shall re-enfeoffe the said seaven who shall survive. 1628Coke On Litt. 208 b, If the Condition be, That the Feoffee shall re-infeoffe the Feoffor [etc.]. 1642tr.
