The name of a body of water in northern Canada (also with the possessive form Hudson's, from the name of the trading company, the Hudson's Bay Company), used in numerous phraseological combinations (see esp. Avis et al. Dict. Canadianisms), e.g. Hudson('s) Bay blanket, Hudson's Bay tea.
