greased, ppl. a.|griːzd, griːst| [f. grease v. + -ed1.] 1. Smeared, anointed, or lubricated with grease. greased pole = greasy pole (see greasy a. 9). Phr. as quick as, or like, greased lightning (colloq.): used to denote extreme quickness of movement.
