twinkie, n.1 U.S. slang.|ˈtwɪŋkɪ| Also twinky. [f. *twink n.3 + -ie, -y1; popularly associated with the Twinkie cup-cake: see *Twinkie n.2] A male homosexual, an effeminate man; also, a child or youth regarded as an object of homosexual desire.
