gephyrean, a. and n.|dʒɛfɪˈriːən| [f. mod.L. Gephyrea, n. pl. (f. Gr. γέϕῡρα bridge) + -an.] A. adj. Of or pertaining to the Gephyrea, a class or group of the Vermes or worms. B. n. A worm of this class.
