Tulu, n. (and a.)|ˈtuːluː| [a. Dravidian Tuḷu the region in which the Tulu language is spoken.] A Dravidian language spoken in the Mangalore region of south-western India; also attrib. or as adj. Also ˈTuluva [a. Dravidian Tuḷuva the Tulu language], in same sense.
