Anat., etc. in terms relating to the Fallopian (rarely, the Eustachian) tube in connexion with some other part; chiefly adjs., as ˌtubo-abˈdominal (pertaining to or occurring in the Fallopian tube and the abdomen), tubo-ligaˈmentous, tubo-oˈvarian, tubo-peritoˈneal, tubo-ˈuterine, tubo-vaˈginal; ˌtubo-ˈtympanal (pertaining to the Eustachian tube and the tympanum); rarely ns. as ˌtubo-ovariˈotomy (excision of the Fallopian tube and ovary).
