1. U.S. depreciative. The techniques of deception and manipulation employed by a dominant group (esp. a white majority) to disempower a weaker one (esp. a black minority).
This sense is said to have been originated by Wallace Fard (Fard Muhammad), founder of the Nation of Islam, and is generally associated with the discourse of that organization.
