Francize, v.|ˈfrɑːnsaɪz, ˈfræn-| In 7 francise. [ad. F. franciser, f. franç-ais French.] trans. To make French. Hence Franciˈzation [in F. francisation], the action of making French or investing with French nationality, the status thus conferred.
