fly-tipping, vbl. n.|ˈflaɪˌtɪpɪŋ| [f. fly n.2 (as in sense 2 a) + tipping vbl. n.2] The unauthorized dumping of building rubble, household refuse, or other waste, esp. while in the process of transporting it.
