rebranding, n. Brit. |ˌriːˈbrandɪŋ|, U.S. |riˈbrændɪŋ| [‹ rebrand v. + -ing suffix1.] 1. Chiefly U.S. Esp. with regard to cattle: the action of branding with a hot iron for a second or subsequent time.
