fendillate, v. Min. rare.|ˈfɛndɪleɪt| [f. F. fendill-er (dim. of fendre:—L. findĕre to split) + -ate3.] trans. To crack with many small fissures. Hence ˈfendillated ppl. a.; fendiˈllation, fendillated condition.
