Thelphusian, a. (n.) Zool.|θɛlˈfjuːsɪən| [f. mod.L. Thelphūsa + -ian.] Of or pertaining to the genus Thelphusa of fresh-water crabs, as T. fluviatilis, which burrows in river banks. b. n. A crab of this family.
