thelemic, a.|θɛˈliːmɪk| [f. Gr. θέληµα will + -ic, with reference to the abbey of Thelème in Rabelais; see thelemite.] That permits people to do as they wish; spec. designating the Satanist activities of Aleister Crowley (1875–1947).
