tetrahedrite Min.|tɛtrəˈhiːdraɪt, -ˈhɛdraɪt| [ad. Ger. tetraëdrit (W. Haidinger 1845), f. as prec. + -it, -ite1 2 b.] Native sulphide of antimony and copper, with various elements sometimes replacing one or the other of these, often occurring in tetrahedral crystals; fahlerz, fahlore.
