† ˈeuripize, v. Obs. rare—1. [ad. Gr. (δι-)ευρῑπίζειν (Arist. Probl. §25); if not a misreading, it is f. Εὔρῑπος (see next), with sense ‘to change like the tides of the Euripus’.] intr. (See quot.)
