Eucharistize, v.|juːkəˈrɪstaɪz| [f. Eucharist + -ize; suggested by Gr. εὐχαριστεῖν.] trans. A rendering of Gr. εὐχαριστεῖν (classically only intr. to give thanks), as used for the nonce by Justin Martyr: To affect (the elements of the Lord's Supper) by an act of thanksgiving.
