ethnize, v. rare.|ˈɛθnaɪz| [f. Gr. ἔθν-ος (τὰ ἔθνη the nations, Gentiles: see ethnic) + -ize.] intr. To favour Gentile or heathen views or practices. Hence ˈethnizing vbl. n., in quot. attrib.
