Connected with the jaw, or maxillary system.
1881Klein in Jrnl. Microsc. Sc. Jan. 116, I propose to call these two glands, viz. connected with the parotid and the submaxillary, as the admaxillary glands, and to distinguish..the latter as the lower or inferior admaxillary gland. |
