‖ tazia|taˈzia| Also tazieh, taziyah, tazzia, etc. [ad. Arab. ta‘ziya consolation, mourning.] 1. A representation of the tombs of Hasan and Husain (grandsons of Muhammad) carried in the Moharram procession.
