syngraph|ˈsɪŋgrɑːf, -æ-| Also in L. form. [ad. L. syngrapha, -us, ad. Gr. συγγραϕή, σύγγραϕος, f. συγγράϕειν to compose in writing, compile, draw up, f. σύν syn-1 + γράϕειν to write.] A written contract or bond signed by both or all the parties.
