ecthesis|ˈɛkθəsɪs| [ad. Gr. ἔκθεσις exposition, f. ἐκτιθέναι to put forth.] An edict of the Emperor Heraclius promulgated a.d. 638, maintaining the doctrine that Christ has only one will.
