† superˈfetant, a. Obs. Also 7 -fœt-. [ad. L. superfētant-, -ans, pr. pple. of superfētāre to superfete.] Conceiving by superfetation. So superˈfetate v., intr. to conceive by superfetation; superˈfetate a., over-productive, superabundant.
